Frequently Asked Questions

Question: Are you able to drive the car with FOB in pouch or is this pouch only for when you are outside of your vehicle?

Answer: The fob has to be out of the pouch in order to START the car; that's how thieves steal cars by amplifying the signal from a fob that is inside a building or house near where the car is parked. Once the vehicle is running, the fob can be placed in the pouch, and the car won't stop running (that is a safety feature of the fob/car system)

Question: The product description says there are 2 layers, an inner and outer layer, but what I received only has 1 layer. Did I receive the wrong product?

Answer: Well. It's a pocket. It has a liner. Pocket with a liner= inner layer outer layer.
